ArtFest Vendor Registration

ARTFEST EVENT IS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2023   |  8AM-12PM

Vendor registration closed October 4 at 5:30 pm.

1. ArtFest is open to individual fine artists and craftsmen, displaying their own original work. No commercially made goods, work from kits, or patterns are allowed 

2. Each artist is responsible for manning their own booth, including sales and cash transactions during ArtFest 

3. Participating Artists are responsible for collecting and paying current city and state sales tax for all sales made during the event 

4. The Arts Center will not take any commission from sales made at the ArtFest 

5. Each artist is responsible for setting up their display on November 4th from 7AM - 8AM. 

6. The Arts Center has 11 tables, size 2’ x 6’, that can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis 

7. The Arts Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen pieces during the ArtFest 

8. All fees are non-refundable unless the ArtFest is canceled by The Arts Center 

9.The Arts Center reserves the right to decline any application for not following criteria 

10. The $25 Booth Fee and Registration form must be filled out and paid to The Arts Center by Wednesday, October 4th, 2023
